Who we are

Nightmare on Channelside is a concert at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa on Saturday, October 31, 2026, presented by The Mark Oliver Show ("we" or "us"). We run this website, noctampa.com, and the presale reminder list on it. Tickets are sold by Ticketmaster, not by us; see Third parties. This website and the reminder list are built and run for us by Automated Construction (automatedconstruction.io); that is why the contact address in this policy is an automatedconstruction.io address.

What we collect

  • Presale reminder form. Your name, email address and mobile phone number, the date and time you signed up, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording you agreed to and when).
  • Website use. The usual technical data a website receives: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring page. We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own: our host, Netlify, counts visits from its server logs, with no cookie and no tracking script on the page.
  • Street-team links. Our street team hands out QR codes that open noctampa.com/go/ and then Instagram. When you scan one, the link code, the time, your browser type and the referring page are recorded on our agency's automation server so we can tell which location the scan came from, together with a short-lived hashed value built from your connection and browser that is used only to count repeat scans and cannot identify you. Your browser keeps a flag for 24 hours so a second scan is counted as a repeat. No advertising cookie is set, and no IP address is stored. Then Instagram opens, under Instagram's own privacy policy.
  • Promoter links. Some promoters share a link of the form noctampa.com/p/ followed by their code, or a QR code that opens it; that page shows the event flyer and a Get Tickets button. When you arrive through one, your browser keeps that code for 30 days, and while it does, the Get Tickets buttons there and on the rest of this site carry the promoter's code to Ticketmaster in the link itself (as the standard "utm" tags), so a sale can be credited to that promoter. Your arrival (and whether it came from the QR code or the link) and each Get Tickets tap are recorded on our agency's automation server with the promoter code, the page, the time and your browser type, together with the same kind of short-lived hashed value described above, used only to count repeats. No advertising cookie is set by us, and no IP address is stored. Ticketmaster's event page and its order confirmation page each load a small image from that same server: the event page tells us a visitor reached it, and the confirmation page tells us an order was placed and, where Ticketmaster supplies them, the order total, the number of tickets and the order number. Each is matched to a promoter only through the same short-lived hashed value, on the same day. We never receive your name, email address or payment details. Everything else Ticketmaster measures on its own pages is covered by Ticketmaster's privacy policy.

How we use it

  • To send you a small number of messages, by email and text message, telling you when presale and general on-sale open for this event, with the link to buy.
  • To answer you if you reply to one of those messages or email us.
  • To measure and improve the site.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Text message terms

By ticking the consent box on the presale reminder form you agree to receive automated text messages from Nightmare on Channelside at the mobile number you provide, about presale and ticket on-sale for this event. Expect up to 2 messages for this event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email Odalo@automatedconstruction.io. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that process your details on our behalf, under instructions to use them for nothing else:

  • Netlify hosts this website.
  • n8n and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) receive the form, keep the reminder list and send the email confirmations and reminders.
  • The text messaging provider we use to send the reminder texts.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

The reminder list is deleted within 30 days after the show (October 31, 2026), or sooner if you ask us to remove you. Technical and analytics data is kept for as long as the tools above keep it by default.

Your choices

  • To stop the texts, reply STOP.
  • To stop the emails, be removed from the list, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email Odalo@automatedconstruction.io from the address you signed up with. We answer within 30 days.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Third parties

This site links to, and in places embeds, services we do not control, each with its own privacy policy: Ticketmaster (ticket sales), YouTube (the song player on the artist pages), Benchmark International Arena (venue information), and the acts' own social and streaming pages. What you do on those services is between you and them.

Children

The site and the reminder list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the entry.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site or staying on the reminder list after a change means you accept it.
