Who we are
Nightmare on Channelside is a concert at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa on Saturday, October 31, 2026, presented by Tampa 813 Events and The Mark Oliver Show (together, "we" or "us"). We run this website, noctampa.com, and the presale reminder list on it. Tickets are sold by Ticketmaster, not by us; see Third parties.
What we collect
- Presale reminder form. Your name, email address and mobile phone number, the date and time you signed up, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording you agreed to and when).
- Website use. The usual technical data a website receives: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring page. We may use advertising and analytics cookies or pixels (for example from Meta) to measure how people reach the site and whether they buy tickets.
How we use it
- To send you a small number of messages, by email and text message, telling you when presale and general on-sale open for this event, with the link to buy.
- To answer you if you reply to one of those messages or email us.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising for this event.
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Text message terms
By ticking the consent box on the presale reminder form you agree to receive automated text messages from Nightmare on Channelside at the mobile number you provide, about presale and ticket on-sale for this event. Expect up to 2 messages for this event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email Odalo@automatedconstruction.io. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that process your details on our behalf, under instructions to use them for nothing else:
- Netlify hosts this website.
- n8n and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) receive the form, keep the reminder list and send the email confirmations and reminders.
- The text messaging provider we use to send the reminder texts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
The reminder list is deleted within 30 days after the show (October 31, 2026), or sooner if you ask us to remove you. Technical and analytics data is kept for as long as the tools above keep it by default.
Your choices
- To stop the texts, reply STOP.
- To stop the emails, be removed from the list, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email Odalo@automatedconstruction.io from the address you signed up with. We answer within 30 days.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Third parties
This site links to, and in places embeds, services we do not control, each with its own privacy policy: Ticketmaster (ticket sales), YouTube (the song player on the artist pages), Benchmark International Arena (venue information), and the acts' own social and streaming pages. What you do on those services is between you and them.
Children
The site and the reminder list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the entry.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site or staying on the reminder list after a change means you accept it.
